- All donations requests need to be submitted using the form below.
- If organization requesting donation is a “non-profit”, you must list your Tax ID #.
- Requests MUST be submitted a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to event.
- ALL DONATIONS are limited to Spencer Makenzie’s Gift Certificates or food. No cash donations will be considered.
Spencer Makenzies is proud to support numerous local and regional charity and customer events. However, when our budgeted dollar amount for each year is met, donations will cease for the remainder of the year.
